About the role

We are looking for a freelance Sales Manager to join our team and work with cold sales in the Balkan market. The main responsibility of this role is active communication with potential clients, working with leads, and achieving sales targets, as well as collaborating with CRM systems and the team to improve performance and product outcomes.

Your responsibilities:

• Client acquisition: communicating with potential clients (cold leads) via calls, emails, and messengers (Viber), conducting negotiations, consultations, presentations, and preparing commercial offers

• Working in CRM: logging all activities and results in Salesforce, analyzing and optimizing the sales funnel

• Market and customer feedback analysis: identifying client needs and sharing collected insights with the team to improve the product

• Achieving KPIs: meeting established KPIs and sales targets

Required skills and experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales

• Experience in the job search/recruitment industry is a strong plus

• Fluent Serbian for client communication

• Intermediate or higher level of English for internal communication with the team and team lead

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

• Strong understanding of the sales funnel and ability to handle objections

• Strong active listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
